Get to know the Role:

You will be part of the marketing team in Grab, and will witness and contribute to the exciting changes in transportation and new business verticals for Grab in Cambodia.
As a Campaign Marketing Manager, you will report to the Country Marketing Head, and will drive the planning and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate should be both creative and analytical, and is able to make data-driven decisions while maintaining a consumer-focused mindset.
This role will primarily focus on building the Grab brand, user acquisition, and user engagement.


The day-to-day activities:

● Manage the development and planning of marketing strategies for Grab’s passengers and consumers -- from ideation with the Creative team, to reviewing of completed assets, and finally to project managing timely and flawless execution of campaigns


● Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns at a daily, weekly, and monthly-level, and providing recommendations to improve upcoming campaigns


● Identify and/or review potential co-partnership campaigns for Grab


● Work with Country Marketing Head to allocate and manage budgets across various offline and online channels, while also tracking monthly spend


● Collaborate with Grab’s regional functions to ensure sufficient marketing support for a new regional product or feature rollouts


● Work with Grab’s regional research team to execute and collate consumer research results for business review and implementation


The must haves:


● At least 5-6 years of relevant marketing experience with a successful track record in planning integrated marketing strategies and executing campaigns


● Experienced in leading and/or managing a cross-functional marketing team


● Proven track record in achieving targets in a fast-paced and dynamic environment


● Strong familiarity and understanding of the Cambodian market, with an ability to draw on local nuances to design hyperlocal marketing strategies


● Highly detail-oriented to ensure quality of all marketing communications and assets


● Bachelor degree, with a focus on Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations and/or Business Administration
