(This position will work for Air Cargo sector- GSA/GSSA for many Airlines at Cambodia Market)
- With guidance and instruction from Regional Manager, set Budget for respective Airlines Unit for PNH station.
- Set a plan to develop sales, monitor performance… to hit the target.
- Coordinate with (a) HDQ Business Development and (b) Product Development Manager to (enlarge business scope for existing airlines products AND develop new airlines products.
- Market intelligence, analysis .. served for Business Plan.
- Make relationship with Airlines Principle, Customers, Partners, related Service providers.
- Ensure smooth communication, interaction with Customers, Airlines Principle and related service providers. Proper mix of communication by meeting, phone and email.
- Proper dealing with customers in terms of irregularities.
- Co-operate with Regional manager to enhance ITL DNA for local staffs.
- Set up SOP – monitoring – Measuring (by quantitative & qualitative) and proper involvement.
- Deployment and monitoring the compliance towards Policies of Airlines Principles, IATA, Laws, ITL.
- Manage over payment without bad debt.
- Manage to minimize storage charges.
- Control all expenses within budget.
- Make proper payment request in timely manner.
- Other tasks assigned by Regional manager.
