CAD Coordinator

• ACCOUNTABILITY 1*  PROCESS MANAGEMENT:

-  Follow and regularly update trade & CE process to relevant stakeholders to ensure the right & smooth deployment

- Collect & review program documents to ensure the consistent & accurate information, also in line with program template, budget allocation, and payment process

• ACCOUNTABILITY 2* REPORT & PROGRESS UPDATE

-  Provide regular and up-to-date performance tracking reports in Commercial
-  Provide analysis reports, covering market and KPI statistics, VPM and competitor business performance to identify business growth opportunities for the regions

• ACCOUNTABILITY 3* MARKET INTELLIGENCE

-  Streamline the Field Sales information collection and reporting to be more efficient and user-friendly - enable further analysis and business decision
-  Design and develop systematic process and reporting format that provides market information in timely manner to maximize business opportunities

• ACCOUNTABILITY 4* STAKEHOLDER COORDINATION & RELATIONSHIP

-  Develop & maintain the strong relationship with relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth collaboration & communication internally & externally

• ACCOUNTABILITY 5* TRADE MATERIAL MANAGEMENT

-  Ensure all program resources & materials are managed properly & timely, support TSD on monitor the inventory & usage of program resources & materials from time to time

-  Ensure proper reconciliation of resources & trade materials according to mechanics and plans
