C&B Specialist (System Analyst: HRIS and Reporting)

Job requirement

1. Be responsible for the preciseness and up-to-date data in HRIS:

- Employee master data: Input/upload and update employee personal information, employment history (i.e: entry, internal transfer, termination, etc.)

- Time tracking data:

+ Shift assignment, timesheet policy (40 hrs, 48 hrs): checking shift assignments to make sure they are correct.

+ Time in and out: checking time in and out, verify and maintain invalid data

- Overtime data: checking overtime data and remind relating department to request/approve overtime. Checking unapproved overtime (employees working overtime but have not been requested) to remind relating departments to supplement.

- Time off/Leave data: input/upload and checking data to make sure all data are in the system.

- Validate data: Checking data and validate all invalid data.

- Ensure the compliance of HRIS processes/practices with the local laws.

2. Undertake further development and benefits realization of HR & Payroll system and ensure that business processes are aligned and optimized.

3. Further develop capability and capacity in relation to the provision of timely and accurate HR/workforce data, reports and information (including the integration and utilization of business intelligence capability).

4. Contact HRIS developer for any HRIS related issues.

5. Other tasks as assigned by superior.

Job requirement

-        Degree/Diploma in IT, HR or Business Administration or other relevant qualifications (preferable in IT)

-        Minimum 02 year’s relevant experience in HRIS, local payroll and benefits administration for big population companies (from 300 HC up)

-        Strong knowledge of local employment legislations

-        Deadline focused with strong attention to detail and accuracy

-        Ability to work independently and effectively prioritized and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

-        Strong communication skills with ability to communicate standards to other employees.

-        Desire to develop, acquire further knowledge and to understand the business

Good Excel skill (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
