C&B Specialist

1. Timekeeping & Data Management

• Manage daily time and attendance records, including checking the DMS system to detect and address abnormal clock-ins/outs of Sales Representatives.
• Ensure timely data compilation and upload, specifically submitting the "Customer Visiting Report" to the DMS by 9:00 AM daily.
• Maintain and update the Sales team staff list and promptly submit the updated list to Manager.
• Prepare and manage the Overtime (OT) report.

2. Payroll & Compensation Administration

• Execute monthly salary calculation accurately and on time.
• Prepare and distribute pay slips to all employees.
• Draft and prepare Salary Increment Letters upon approval.

3. Social/Health Insurance (SI/HI) & Personal Income Tax (PIT)

• Manage the process for Social Insurance payment.
• Handle the declaration of various leave types to claim corresponding allowances from the Social Security Department.
• Declare resignation cases on the Social Insurance System.
• Manage all aspects of Personal Income Tax (PIT) declaration, payment, and finalization.
• Issue the PIT Withholding Certificate and Income Confirmation Letter to employees.

4. Labor Relations & Contract Management

• Follow up on the duration of Labor Contracts (LC) and initiate the renewal process upon receiving internal approval.
• Prepare the Agreement to Terminate Labor Contract for relevant cases.
• Manage and process Exit Clearance procedures for departing employees.
• Prepare and submit the Accident Labor Report as required.
• Other tasks assigned by the Head of Department

- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field

- At least 03 years of hands-on C&B experience, ideally within companies with a size of 200 headcounts.

- Strong understanding & knowledge of Vietnam labor law, PIT law, SHUI Law and other related regulations.

- Good at English communication skill.

- Good command of Microsoft office (especially Excel).

- Communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well within a team and independently
