The C&B Specialist supports implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with business goals. This role focuses on data accuracy, reporting, and process optimization to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
1. Compensation & Benefits Administration
▪ Assist in implementing and managing compensation and benefits programs that align with business objectives.
▪ Support salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.
▪ Administer employee benefits programs, including insurance, allowances, and incentives, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
2. HRIS & Data Management
▪ Maintain and update HRIS systems related to C&B, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
3. Compliance & Policy Adherence
▪ Stay updated on labor laws, tax regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
▪ Support audits and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements in compensation and benefits processes.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
▪Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure payroll accuracy and cost-effective benefits management.
▪Provide support in C&B-related communications and employee inquiries, enhancing understanding and engagement.
▪ 2-3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR-related roles.
▪ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
▪ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
▪ Knowledge of labor laws and compensation structures.
▪ Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
▪ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
