C&B - Office Admin Officer

Job requirement

This position oversees all routine activities and services of C&B – Office Admin

Roles & Responsibilities*

1. C&B:

  • Ensure performance of routine C&B activities meet or exceed Company requirements and legal compliance
  • Guarantee HR database input, updated accurately and timely in HR Systems.
  • Assist HR Manager in executing Salary and bonus review; building and implementing C&B policies, guidelines, process, salary structure, HR Initiatives and Regional C&B projects
  • Conduct HR - C&B training for non-HR to ensure employees’ understanding and implementation rightly
  • Ad-hoc assignments / projects.

2. Office Admin Management:

  • Act as Receptionist.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Maintain office security, cleanliness by following procedures and controlling access
  • Responsible for vendors setup through SAP, settle all payments as regarding to Admin expenses, other expenses in Concur
  • Evaluate existing vendors’ performance, propose new vendors to improve quality and cost effectiveness
  • Follow up Office Admin Services Contracts / Agreements & proceed the renewals if required
  • Record, file documents, proof to prepare for Audit purpose
  • Handle Expat Services and assist HR Admin Manager in planning and tracking Office Admin budget and petty cash.

Job requirement

•    College / University degree•    At least three-working-year experience in HR C&B – Office Admin•    Self-motivated and results driven•    Professional personal presentation•    Ability to multi-task•    Team Player; Commitment to personal learning•    Dedication to quality and a sense of personal responsibility•    Ability to organize and prioritize workload efficiently•    Good communication in Vietnamese and English•    Can use Word, Excel, Email
