C&B Intern (Fashion Retail)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive C&B Intern to join our HR team. The intern will assist in daily operations related to payroll, attendance, and employee data management to ensure accurate and timely HR processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the C&B team in collecting and verifying employee timesheets and attendance records.
• Assist in preparing monthly payroll data and employee reports.
• Help maintain and update employee information on HR systems.
• Assist with documentation related to labor contracts, social insurance, PIT, and other HR admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line Manager.

• Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to commit at least 6 months for the internship.
