1. Excellent requirements gathering, elicitation, documentation skills
2. Deep understanding of BSA deliverables like BRDs, FSD, and assist in technical design documentation
3. Act as a liaison between the business and IT
4. Ability to interact with business teams to gather requirements
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Should have some experience gathering reporting ETL requirements
7. Should be analytical, and have good data analysis skills
8. Domain experience of gaming, hospitality, or marketing a plus but not required
