Business Strategy Manager

Responsibility 1: Participate in catching up new trends of retail industry or relevant fields & competitors

• Do the monthly market trend analysis of retail industry or relevant fields
• Do the weekly competitors’ activities analysis & retail news reports;
• Do other analysis reports as requested;

Responsibility 2: Periodic KPIs Assessment, Incentive Policy Establishment and Calculation for Head Office and Stores

• Coordinate with divisions/ teams to set up their periodic (monthly, quarterly, yearly etc.) Target and KPIs;
• Assess the periodic (monthly, quarterly, yearly etc.) KPIs achievement of the divisions/teams, based on the approved target and actual performance;
• Establish/Propose the timely and deserved incentive policy periodically;
• Calculate periodic (monthly/quarterly/yearly etc.) incentive of MD teams and stores, based on approved target and actual performance;

Responsibility 3: Provide other reports and supports but not limited

• Support to organize BOD Meeting and other meetings as requested
• Keep track and update the implementation of GD’s orders from divisions/teams
• Support other tasks assigned by Senior Manager and Directors.

Experience:

• At least one year experience in collecting and proceeding data or related field;
• Previous experience with sales planning, KPIs establishment, organizational structure of retail company is a plus;
• A good understanding of business models or strategy through study or previous working experience is also preferred.

• Working time: Working time: Mon - Fri, 8AM - 5PM, weekly off Sat & Sun
