Business Planner

GENERAL PLANNING:

• Liaise with Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Brand Managers (BM) to develop full year, 03 - 05-year plan & strategies for all facets of business operations, including:
  • Contract's commercial terms;
  • Sales & Margin;
  • Chain Store Fleet development;
  • P&L projection;
  • Flush plans by product group by brand.
• Ensure all plans reconcile and meet both the Commercial Dept. & Company's objectives.

REPORTING & KPIs TRACKING: PRODUCT & BUYING MANAGING:

• Keep track of all brands’ business performance through the MS Power BI self-service analytics tool on daily/monthly KPIs/metrics to measure and evaluate the progress, benchmarking against the company’s targets.
• Follow the OTB budget monthly & other Product & Merchandise performance KPIs with in-time head-ups on anomalies for appropriate actions from brands.

COORDINATION:

• Coordinate actively with stakeholders from across the organization: Finance Dept.; Leasing Dept.; Brand team, mainly (Group) Brand Managers & Product Managers for collaborative tasks.

AD-HOC ANALYSIS & OTHER TASKS:

• Run ad-hoc analysis & reports as per request by the CCO.
• Train the Retail on Product Management strategies and practices.

• Proficient in Power Query & Power BI.
• Strong analytical & data visualization skills.
• Knowledge of retail/fashion and merchandise metrics.
• Critical thinker with strong cross-functional collaboration.
