Job Overview:

The Business Finance Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and reward programs, performance management systems and process. This role involves working closely with senior leadership and HR teams to drive employee performance, development, and engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify performance management needs and tailor solutions to support organizational/department goals.
  • Setting KPIs for employee that align with the organization/department's strategic objectives.
  • Monitor the employee performance, including KPIs measurements and evaluations.
  • Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for employee performance and development.
  • Design, implement and manage incentive schemes to ensure alignment with performance outcomes and organization’s compensation and reward strategies.
