THE ROLE:
The purpose of this role is to implement business processes and evaluate business performance.
This position is for you if:
- You are a detail-oriented person, and have an “inside-out” perspective
- Your concentration and focus are performance measurement and operational optimization
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform monthly variance analysis & Monitor department budget performance
- Prepare monthly KPI performance tracking
- Support in design business procedure to ensure efficiency and compliance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good working knowledge of relevant company financial processes, procedure systems and standards
- Detail-oriented and efficient time management
- Advanced skills in Excel, VBA skill is preferable
