Business Improvement & Compliance Manager

Get to know the Role:

• This role is for TPI, a car rental company for Grab Drivers and subsidiary of Grab Indonesia
• Lead the business improvement function. Manage the enterprise-wide continuous business process Improvement programs
• Lead the internal control function. Ensure the compliance with all internal policies and meet all audit requirements.
• Team lead role, and to partner with TPI leadership teams in strategic development and financial performance improvement
  

The day-to-day activities:

• Map out and review existing operation processes across the business to identity opportunities for improvement.
• Identify the best process with the goal of improving process reliability, capability and reducing cycle time.
• Develop enterprise-wide business process improvement roadmap and work plans
• Work directly with internal process owners and lead the process improvement projects
• Train the business team to improve the awareness and capability of Quality Management / Lean Process / Six Sigma / Automation
• Regular and Ad Hoc review and improvement of TPI’s internal control framework.
• Fronting Country / Regional Audit team in the regular internal audit exercise
• Work with employees of all levels within the region, from junior to senior executives, to deliver positive impact in the business.
• Engage multiple internal & external stakeholders, identifying and driving opportunities for improvement across the business.

The must haves:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration or relevant
• At least 5 years of related experience or management consulting, with strength in problem solving, communication and influencing of stakeholders
• Strong passion in driving continuous improvement. 6 Sigma Black Belt Certification / ISO certification will be an advantage
• Language: Native in Indonesian / Proficient in English
