Business Finance Supervisor (6 Months Contract)

• P&L Ownership & Performance Monitoring

Support end-to-end management of the P&L; provide analysis to drive business performance and profitability improvements.

• Financial Reporting & MIS Analytics

Prepare and analyze regular management reports (MIS) with deep financial and business insights to support decision-making.

• Automation & Efficiency Initiatives

Lead or support automation projects aimed at streamlining finance processes and improving reporting efficiency.

• Budgeting & Forecasting

Assist in the development, tracking, and control of detailed budgets; ensure alignment with company targets and strategic priorities.

• NPD Business Case Development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build financial models and assess the feasibility and profitability of new product launches.

• Brand & Spend Effectiveness

Analyze brand profitability and monitor marketing and trade spend to ensure ROI optimization and strategic alignment.

• Cost Optimization & CO/TO Effectiveness

Act as a custodian for cost ownership (CO) and trade optimization (TO) effectiveness; identify opportunities to enhance cost efficiency.

• Support E&E (FE) Initiatives

• Drive initiatives focused on maximizing operational efficiency and optimizing resource allocation.

• Ad Hoc Management Reporting

• Provide timely and accurate financial analysis and presentations in response to management or business requirements.

• BA degree in Finance/Accounting

• Good English Communication and computer skills with excellent in Excel

• Ability to develop SOP (Standard Operating Process) for automation

• Understanding SAP principle • Smart and result oriented person, good analytical skills

• 2 - 3 years experiences of management accounting, business analysis, controlling

• Ability to work under pressure and keep to tight deadlines
