GrabExpress is on-demand delivery service of Grab. The GE Ops team manages GrabExpress operations in Indonesia focusing on e-commerce parcel and documents delivery. In a growing business like GrabExpress, each team member needs to be highly motivated, open minded and able to work as a solid team in a fast pace environment.

Get to know the Role:

This role will need to conduct a periodic diagnostic check on the business health, identify inefficiencies, define and execute action plans for improvement, as well as identify new growth opportunities for GrabExpress. This role

requires a strong ability to work with cross-functional team, strong analytical skills and business-sense.

The must haves:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience within management consulting

• Exceptional writing and presentation development skills. Adept at conveying, both in writing and through presentations, an approach based solution.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Project management experience including mid to large scale initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business or Engineering

• Strong problem solving skills

• Familiar with Ms. Excel and PowerPoint
