Job Summary
In this role, the Busuness Development Support Officer will coordinate all administrative needs of the Business Development Dept. This position will prepare simple business proposals, maintain progress reports and contact to clients for collecting documents. They will schedule and arrange necessary meetings and prepare documents for client meetings.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent follow up activities related to projects and ensure that appropriate information/ Document is exchanged between company and client.
- Prepare proposal/ Peak book, documents (Company Profile, Introduction,) that are needed for client meetings.
- Support/ Assist Business Development Director – Foreign Desk when having barrier in language (Translation, information follows up)
- Follow up/ support key accounts when BD go to meet client)
- Prepare and collecting accurate documents and records for all administrative processes required.
- Communicate with internal and external client to administrative issues.
- Reporting directly to BD Manager/ BD support team leader.
- Other tasks assigned by management.

- Having experience in a similar position is plus
- Ability to consistently demonstrate work in a team.
- Ability to work with all levels within an organization.
- Ability to read, analyze, and translate documents
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A process improvement focus that includes time management, attention to details and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
