Feasibility studies for identified strategic projects and proposal to key stakeholders
Manage and Project execution through assigned projects organizations
Support the line in incorporating new business with minimum interruptions
Monitor and evaluate macro-economic, environment and competitor analysis which will impact overall project plans
Lead Business Planning process for the identified strategic projects as per group guidelines and time lines
