Job requirement

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop business strategies and sales plans for digital media and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, media partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proposals and campaigns meet client objectives.
  • Supervise proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiation.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and industry insights to guide business decisions.
  • Provide training, coaching, and motivation for the sales team.

Job requirement

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in sales or business development within the advertising / digital marketing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital media, Ad Network, Social Booking, IMC campaigns.
  • High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
