Job requirement

  • Discover opportunities for growth in the enterprise customer market segment.
  • Identify and nurture new client accounts.
  • Manage sales team including Business Development Office and Freelancer.
  • Prepare and deliver Product Proposal: service introduction, product features, delivering product models and implementation process.
  • Negotiate contracts (in English and Vietnamese), preparing related administrative documents and communication between customers and ITE.
  • Maintaining existing relationships and support customers during and after implementation.
  • Support setting up product delivering processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to complete legal, payment process and risk management at all phases.
  • Fulfil tasks assigned by BOM.

Job requirement

1. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-year working experience in business development and relationship management in Banking industry, Payment Intermediary, Fintech, E-commerce....
  • Sound knowledge in non-cash payment services.
  • Good command of English.

2. Soft skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent in building and maintaining business relationships.
  • Excellent in organizational, problem-solving and coordination skills
