Get to know the Role:

  • Support in generating leads, pitches, and managing accounts.
  • Project manage various Business Development initiatives to ensure it meets company KPIs
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure successful execution
  • Co-create Business Development plan and roadmap and ensure that this is synchronized with overall Grab strategic direction
  • Be extremely organized, detail-oriented and efficient while working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously

The day-to-day activities:

  • Account management
  • Create promo codes
  • Generate business leads for target segments
  • Prepare pitches and drive partnerships
  • Work closely with Operations team to ensure successful execution active monitoring of performance, key metrics


The must haves:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic performance
  • Track record in Business Development
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional people skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to innovate and a flair for creativity
  • Ability to operate independently in a highly fluid environment
  • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
