The day-to-day activities:
1. Provides strategic insights
2. Responsible for business analysis and developing strategies to ensure sales and margin objectives are attained
3. Leading the research and analysis of customers, product metrics, & latest e-commerce trends to identify and fill product gaps
4. Conducting analysis to ensure industry alignment with categorization, promotions and trends
5. Expanding market and widening company coverage by strengthening company business partnership and network.
6. Execute the ideas that grow existing business.
The must haves:
1. At least Bachelor's degree with min GPA 3.5 on a 4.0 scale
2. Have min 1-2 years experience in related position
3. Experience in product management / e-commerce industry is preferable
4. Eagerness to learn software development and web technologies
5. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors
7. Strong communication and project management skills
8. Ability to multi-task and reprioritize in a dynamic environment
9. Strong problem solving, influencing, and decision making skills
10. Able to build good relationship with multi stakeholder (sales, engineering, marketing, finance, operations, and partners)
