Business Development Executive

Mô tả công việc

  • Establish strong relationship with contractors/ designer/ ICCC for new opportunity.
  • Contact potential clients via emails or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Maintain fruitful relationship with existing customers.
  • Attend conferences, business meetings, and industry events to get information of new projects
  • Researching organizations and individuals through different channels to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Generate business leads and following up on sales opportunities before transferring to salesman.
  • Actively arrange meetings with clients and carry out product demonstrations or update new products of PEB.
  • Assist salesman acquire new customers and sell additional products or services to existing ones.
  • Working closely with other teams (sales and marketing) to develop new business.
  • Train subordinates and help team members develop their skills.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • University degree (preferred in Civil or Mechanical or Marketing, Business Admin), MBA is an advantage.
  • Have knowledge of the industry
  • At least 03 years at same positions in a foreign or multinational company, preferred in construction industry.
  • Having experience at management level is an advantage.
  • Good leadership and consensus building skills; business development skill and strategic planning experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Vietnamese and English.
  • Ability to think differently, innovative and creative.
  • Familiar with AutoCad & Microsoft Office.
  • Strong presentation and analytical skill.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Good time management and planning.
  • Good problem solving skill.
