Get to know our Team:

The GrabShuttle team oversees three of the newer Grab verticals - GrabShuttle, GrabShuttle Plus and GrabCoach. We handle everything related to buses in Grab - disruption strategy, driver acquisition, route planning and optimisation, promotional campaigns - you name it, we’ve got it covered!The BD warriors within GrabShuttle take charge of the B2B engagement. We’re the ones generating leads, going all out to secure the best deals, and ensuring our corporate partners are kept happy and contented. Every day we’re shuttling!

Get to know the Role:

  • Support the Business Development Manager (GrabShuttle/GrabCoach) in generating leads, pitching for corporate accounts, and managing accounts of closed corporate deals
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure successful launch of corporate routes
  • Be extremely organised, detail-oriented and efficient while working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously

The day-to-day activities:

  • Manage accounts of closed corporate deals
  • Generate business leads for target segments
  • Pitch for corporate accounts / tenders
  • Work closely with Operations team to ensure successful launch of corporate routes
  • Monthly invoicing of corporate partners

The must haves:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic performance
  • Track record of closing corporate deals and/or securing tenders
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in business development or B2B account management
  • Exceptional people skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to innovate and a flair for creativity
  • Ability to operate independently in a highly fluid environment
  • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
