Assist/coordinate in planning cycle 3-year Strategic Plan, Annual Planning & Latest Estimate including providing relevant challenges.

• Business partner to support function team (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) by challenging reasonableness, advising on financials and planning.
• Analyse/provide insights to support the development of business through revenue, cost, margin and profit pool analysis
• Support/review on preparation of Fund applications/business cases that have major impact on the realization of strategic ambition of the company including relevant analysis of and advice on the investment.
• Analyse and monitor all company spend, actual cost development vs Budget/LE and provides early warnings on deviations for the company.
• Involve in business performance management report (BPR, external insights, and so on)
• Facilitate the development of system

University graduate in Finance & accounting

• 4-6 year experience in relevant position in FMCG companies
• Professional certificate in auditing & accounting is an advantage
• Integrity, objectivity, confidentiality, professional behavior
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Excellent in preparation of good business cases and presentation skill
• Analytical / logical thinking
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to work with BI tool is a plus
• PC software: work, excel, power point, BI
• Conversant in written and spoken English
