As a member of Operation Product team, you will work on various solutions that manage our entire fleet of warehouses (inventory management, order processing) and Tiki delivery team. We also need to connect with and manage the cost and quality of our third-party logistics providers. At the same time, we also build our Fulfillment by Tiki system to track all order processing or need to be fulfilled to optimize the opeation flow. All of those will ensure that our orders are processed and delivered to customers with a very short leadtime and optimal cost. This is a key differentiation that help Tiki to survive and grow fast in a tough market like Vietnamese e-commerce.

In more details, you will:

• Work with internal clients (Supply Chain & TikiCare team) together with Product Manager to understand the requirements, finalize the solution with clear scope and detailed documentation
• Research and complete document for existing systems (Fulfillment by Tiki system)
• Be a knowledge expert and advise team-member about business logic
• Provide guidance and second-tier support for assigned product lines togetther with Product Manager

Product management – Analysis and Planning:

• Support Product Manager to understand, verify and finalize product scope
• Provide detailed document for business logic, business flow
• Continuously define and monitor key metrics on very high volume of data from the fulfillment operations
• Ability to understand insights based on the data and metrics defined, noticed and perform appropriate actions

Product management - Deliver:

• Work with Product Manager to analyze and finalize Product features
• Be a knowledge expert and advise team-member about business logic

Product management – Support:

• Deliver concise and comprehensive technical document for the assigned product lines
• Provide guidance and second-tier support for assigned product lines
