Participate in strategic projects, working
closely with vendors, IT and business team to identify requirements
- Very Strong analytical skills and
have good knowledge of basic SQL.
- Develop and/or modify processes to resolve
business problems by using IT solutions, includes analysis of business and user
needs, documenting business requirements and translating business requirements
into functional requirements.
- Significant business experience in financial services, ideally in the
Insurance / commissions space
- Proven technical aptitude and understanding of how systems work / integrate
with one another
- Proven ability to identify business needs and partner with IT / Vendors to
execute against those needs
- Significant experience with strategic projects
- Strong communication, organization and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Demonstrated ability to quickly pick up new subject matter
- Understand the Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies and be able to handle
multiple projects at different stages
