Report to: General Director (operational); Corporate IT Director (functional) Assist Corporate IT in implementing the AX systems across the business entities: describing, implementing and improving the ERP systems to assist the business. • Support the development of the business model and process flows of the existing business processes • Functional implementation of business processes, applications and systems • Development of the Information System plan (design of system and application – architectures). The plan will be the base for what Corporate IT will use in developing the business system. • Support the parameterization of applications and development of requirement definitions • Perform local education for new users and new functionality • Assist in the development of Implementation-, Pilot-, and Roll-out plans as well as different business cases • Consultation / guidance of the management team and users in the business processes, applications and systems • Support trainings and organization of workshops
• Graduated from IT University and has financial knowledge or graduated from Finance University and has IT knowledge • Candidate who possess a Master degree is preffered • Good English verbal and written communication skills • Service minded and supportive • At least one year of Dynamics AX / Axapta experience • Business Process Re-design knowledge and experience • Business Analysis experience • Top-level analytical skills • Project Management skills • Prefer candidate with 4+years of Microsoft Dynamics AX experience; AX implementations(analysis to deployment); In-depth understanding of Finance, Production.
Basic understanding of ISO systems: • Know about the Quality& Environment Policy (what they are about and where they are posted or filed) • Understand that employees have to perform according to SBS which was built according to the ISO systems. • Must go through the ISO awareness training which is part of orientation program for all new hire.
