Key Responsibilities

• Cllaborate with stakeholders across departments (Production, Supply Chain, Finance, Warehouse, etc.) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Map existing “as-is” processes and design optimized “to-be” processes leveraging D365FO capabilities
• Prepare clear and detailed documentation: Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), test cases, SOPs
• Translate business needs into system configurations or development requirements
• Support the ERP team in D365FO implementation, configuration, testing (SIT, UAT), go-live, and post-go-live phases
• Ensure D365FO processes reflect real-world production flow, including BOMs, routings, job scheduling, inventory control, and product costing
• Act as a change champion, helping users adopt new systems through training, documentation, and support
• Monitor system usage, capture enhancement requests, and contribute to continuous improvement cycles
