Experience:
1. Brand's Social Media Management (Facebook&Instagram), including contents development and planning, caption writing & post release, community engagement; Be responsible for the Reach, followers, and engagement rate result on social media;
2. Be responsible for the Co-brand & KOL sourcing, partnership negotiation, content script create and review, ensuring the final data results;
3. Understand local market needs and competition, actively participate in market research, propose innovative marketing ideas and strategies to drive continuous growth of the brand;
4. Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses and organizations for co-branding opportunities; collaborate on joint marketing efforts, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with brand standards;
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or related fields;
2. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in marketing or brand promotion, with a preference for direct experience working for a brand, with a proven track record in offline marketing, event planning, and co-branding initiatives;
3. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis to monitor and assess data performance;
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and budgets simultaneously;
5. Good command of written English;
6. Creative thinking, Possess innovative marketing thinking with strong local insights.
