Mô tả công việc

Brand management

- Manage brand plans and consumer engagement activities to ensure that Brand objectives are achieved.

- Create the definition of brand vision, strategy, positioning and marketing mix including pack and product specification and communications, in line with Brand strategies.

- Analyse market research data in order to understand Brand issues and market opportunities.

- Compile and prepare documents for Brand projects and brand performance are on time in full.

- Track and monitor brand implementation, performance from both internal & external available resources to ensure agreed brand activities are effectively executed and brand issues to be fully captured.

- Handle communication between Brand Marketing and other inter-departmental functions to ensure the cycle plan is effectively executed and Brand programs are effectively implemented in the field force.

- Monitor external agencies to ensure day-to-day activities related to Brand programs are performed with required quality and agreed cost & timescales as defined in operational Brand plan.

- Self-development by developing understanding & appreciation of the brand strategies among the Marketing team through sharing & feedback session.


- Develop partnership framework for partners selection process, to enable a scalable and relevant joint promotions as part of activities into achieving the overall promotion objectives

- Initiating, negotiating, and closing the deal with relevant and prominent partners

- Forming and maintaining close relationships with several identified relevant partners

- Planning strategies to optimize the support from partners, both the media communication support and the financial sponsorship

- Coordinating the effort to bridge external partners and internal stakeholders to enabling the execution of the joint promotions

Yêu cầu công việc

'- BachelorDegree in Marketing, Business, branding or any related
- 3+ years experience and having strong understanding and knowledge of Brand Strategies &  in Vietnam.
- At least having experience in managing brand portfolio from big retail
- Excellent in Vietnamese writing and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Superior interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Strong Computing Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
