Job requirement

Brand Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive awareness, preference, and loyalty for brands.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform brand positioning and strategies.

Product Management:

  • Oversee the development and launch of new skincare products, including positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage product portfolio performance, ensuring that products meet both consumer needs and company objectives.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand growth and awareness.

Market Analysis and Insights:

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of brand campaigns, adjusting strategies based on real-time data and feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with skincare industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging competitors.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the brand’s marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing investments, adjusting tactics as needed to meet financial and brand objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all functions.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and external partners, including suppliers, retailers, and influencers.

Please note that this job description shall not cover all other responsibilities/ duties to be raised accordance to each Dept operation needs.

Job requirement

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of brand management experience, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of skincare market trends and consumer behavior.
    • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Proven ability to drive results through strategic marketing initiatives.

Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, influencer marketing, and e-commerce
