1. Consumer understading Articulate a strong brand positioning and enhance customer experience by leveraging customer insights, market expertise, competitive landscape analysis, and a customer-focused approach.2. Corporate Brand Strategies - Build up brand strategies and brand positioning including the establishment of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value propositions for both short-term and long-term objectives- Develop, manage and monitor all of brand marketing activities of Con Cung as a master brand, Including—but not limited to—advertising campaigns and new brand development initiatives.3. Brand Management- Propose, develop and implement tactical brand marketing programs to drive brand love and brand affinity- Plan and execute all communications and media actions across all channels- Collaborate with Agencies and/or internal departments to develop TVCs, product packaging, POSM,and communication vehicles that fit with product key message- Follow up and analyze brand performance and propose suitable programs4. Budgeting- Propose, manage and monitor budget for all brand marketing campaign, Including-but not limited to-advertising campaign, new product launching…- Managing the budget for advertising and promotional programs
