As the Brand Marketing Executive, you will be the right hand of Brand Marketing Lead, with career progression to Assistant MKT Lead.
This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role with frontline position, from strategic planning to hands-on execution, taking ownership of how Naked brings the brand to life, whether it's on-ground activations, digital storytelling, or customer engagement.

2 years of relevant experience in brand marketing or trade.
Strong project management, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
Experience in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, or agency is a strong plus.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheet, Canva is a bonus.

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Brand MKT Lead in brainstorming, planning, coordinating, and executing brand marketing activities online & offline.
Weekly/monthly survey directly in Naked’s outlets to ensure POSM, trade activation, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) touchpoints align with Marketing AOP, brand direction and suggest better implementation to bring the brand to life.
Assist in online activities (Social, Content, Brief design) and follow offline activities (POSM, flyers, print menu, events) align with brand personality.
2. BUDGET ALLOCATION
Budget allocation and track, report spending for each campaign.
Track usage vs allocation monthly and flag deviations.
3. CAMPAIGN CORDINATOR & TRACKING
Follow campaign timelines, checklists, deliverables, and coordination (with Accountant, Customer Service, BOH, FOH,...) to support the team.
Track offline execution, customer experience through direct survey at Naked’s outlets monthly through measurable tracking tools.
Suggest feedback & better way of operation from social to offline, ensure activities in line with campaign objective and brand positioning.
Recap meetings and ensure follow-up actions are documented and tracked.
4. CONTENT STRATEGY & SOCIAL LISTENING
Content calendar & caption across Fanpage (10-12 post/month), Instagram Grid (9-12 photos on the grid/month), Story (3 stories/day), Zalo OA , Website.
Monitor content performance, social listening (through Google Review, Social) and adjust plans based on insights.
5. TRADE & EVENTS
Propose and execute 1-2 trade MKT activities/quarter to push direct sales at each outlet.
Propose and organize 1-2 mini-events/pop-up/quarter or seasonal activations, handling logistics and on-ground execution.
Monitor trade visibility and conduct tracking report: POSM, display, give away, vouchers, seasonal gifts…
6. PARTNERSHIP MANAGEMENT
Suggest KOLs/KOCs for collaboration matching with the brand's personality.
Identify sponsorship or collaboration opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Draft partnership proposals, coordinate deliverables & post-campaign reports.
7. PAPERWORK
Handle contract for partnership, freelance, supplier, KOL/KOC, internal forms, PO, and payment paperwork.
Coordinate with the Admin/Accounting team for smooth process flow
