Job summary:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Brand Manager to manage the full of our brand (the TEN 11 - Women & Men Fashion) including Branding, Product, Visual Merchandising (VM), Sales (Business Growth).
Key responsibilities:
1.Brand Building & Development:
- Be responsible for implementing, managing and supervising in the Brand Management in order to enhance the Brand awareness and Brand loyalty as well as improve category sales performance which required by the Business Unit.
- Develop and manage brand concept, visual direction, and storytelling, ensuring strong positioning and differentiation.
- Work with the design team to develop visuals, lookbooks, and fashion campaigns aligned with the brand’s identity.
- Conduct market research on competitors and consumer insights to enhance brand positioning.
2. Brand Planning & Execution:
- Develop marketing plans and brand growth strategies for different phases.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and influencer channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.
- Manage the brand’s marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
3. Portfolio Management & Product Strategy:
- Work closely with the product team to define collections, material selections, and trend directions.
- Oversee the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
4. P&L Management & Business Growth:
- Oversee brand revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor P&L performance and optimize pricing, promotions, and costs for sustainable growth.
- Develop strategies to drive sales and expand the market.
5. Visual Merchandising
- Oversee Visual Merchandising guidelines, ensuring consistency and strong brand identity across all stores and touchpoints.
- Others tasks are assigned by Manager.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administrator or related field
- Range age: 27 – 35
- At least 4 years of experiences as Assistant Brand Manager, Brand Manager, Brand Management or similar roles
- Strong interest in fashion, branding, and consumer behavior
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual branding and storytelling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Able to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
