Position: Brand Manager (Brand: HAVATEK).
Report to: ODM & Trading Director.
Location: 555 3/2 Street, Ward 8, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.
Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday) and 8:30 - 12:30 (Saturday Morning).
I. Responsibilities:
Havatek is a pioneering beauty-tech brand, built to bring futuristic technology into everyday beauty routines. We offer high-performance, affordable solutions across skincare, devices, and personal care — engineered for modern lifestyles and designed with minimalist aesthetics. Our mission is to democratize smart beauty for the next generation of consumers.
1. Brand Strategy & Global Positioning:
- Develop and refine Havatek’s global brand identity, visual system, and communication tone across all channels and markets.
- Ensure strong brand differentiation, emotional resonance, and consistency with company vision, mission, and strategic goals.
- Build brand concepts and creative narratives that translate well across both local and international markets.
2. Product Portfolio Expansion & Innovation:
- Lead market opportunity analysis to identify white spaces in beauty-tech, wellness, and personal care.
- Build and manage the product roadmap, aligned with consumer insights and innovation trends.
- Drive end-to-end product development, collaborating with R&D, production, and sourcing teams to launch high-quality, scalable products (e.g., skincare, devices, supplements).
- Monitor industry movements, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform product decisions.
3. Go-to-Market & Campaign Execution:
- Oversee 360-degree brand campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
- Collaborate with internal and external creative, media, and commercial teams to execute consistent and high-impact activations.
- Anticipate risks in campaign execution and develop timely, innovative solutions.
4. Performance Tracking & Team Management:
- Measure and report performance of all brand and marketing initiatives, with clear KPIs and ROI evaluation.
- Build, lead, and inspire a cross-functional brand team.
- Act as a strategic connector between brand, R&D, creative, and commercial teams, ensuring tight alignment from product to communication.
