Get to know the Role:
Work closely with branch manager and support function, providing operational and system support, manage support efficiencies cost and branch profitability, and research/resolve related customer issues. Responsible to maintain vehicle documents especially KEUR, SRUT, and STNK are comply and well documented.
The day-to-day activities:
- Maintain & Streamline operation policy & procedure
- Train operation staff to keep the standard understanding
- Cooperate with branch in term of service quality, in term of operational risk control
- Assist line manager in successfully passing through best service level and operation performance
- Assist Branch and Branch Managers with training, service level and Company Operating System
- Travel to new or existing branches to train, monitor and review on Company Operating System implemented
- While in the office, answer questions from branches regarding the System
- Continuous improvement action plans indicating problems and solutions for branches visited
- Manage vehicle document compliance (STNK, KEUR, Kartu Pengawasan and vehicles document related)
- Sharing knowledge about vehicle insurance covered with department related.
- Keep the good relations with ministry of transportation
The must haves:
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 5-6 years of experiences in similar position
- Preferably has experience working in car rental, logistics, or taxi business to manage vehicle documents
- Experience with police or dishub relation
- Good English both written and verbal
- Have leadership and integrity
- Technical vehicle knowledge and supply chain of distribution and service
- Willing to have high mobility
- Excellence in MS Office
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently or as a team member
- Well understanding of branch P/L analysis.
- Research and data gathering ability
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
