Our team is the front line of our Grab Rental drivers. We are active and supportive team players with a passion in customer support and sales.
Get to know the Role:
As a first contact point of our Grab Rental drivers, we provide detailed rental consultation to our drivers and partner with the preferred vendor companies.
The day-to-day activities:
- Manage walk-in inquiries from customers at the branch on questions related to Grab Rentals and Grab Car products and services
- Offer car rental options and solutions to close the sales transaction with the driver
- Follow up on any prospective drivers
- Manage the creation of customers, reservation and assignment of cars for the drivers
- Prepare the rental agreements and explain the terms and conditions to drivers
- Manage the tracking of sales for fleet partners
- Support the fleet partners and operations functions as required
The must haves:
- Fluent written and spoken English is required, with local second language as an advantage
- Self-motivated individual who is capable of getting things done within allocated time frame
- One who is willing to be hands-on as needed and proactively assumes responsibilities for one’s actions
- Ability to work independently and deal effectively with other related departments
- Able to initiate and maintain strong relationships with renters
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications preferred. Knowledge in Gamma is an advantage
- High competency in data analytics tools
- Preference for individuals with experience in sales-related role
- Candidates with no relevant experience but have an aptitude for sales are welcome to apply
- Diploma /Degree Holder
