BOOKING CLERK - Urgent

· Handling booking requests from customers and shipping partners.

· Executing bookings for cargo on ocean transportation routes.

· Monitoring and managing cargo transportation activities from origin to destination.

· Processing documents and necessary procedures related to cargo transportation.

· Resolving issues related to bookings and handling booking procedures.

· Close interaction with stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.

· Maintaining and developing relationships with shipping lines.

·       Experience in the logistics and transportation field is advantageous.

·       Understanding of booking and cargo transportation processes and procedures.

·       Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and problem-solving skills.

·       Attention to detail and careful handling of documents and information.

·       Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel & Outlook, and online booking systems.
