Evaluate new software to determine its benefits and develop business case to support the project
Communicate and coordinate with a diverse number of business units to deliver scalable solutions.
Drive key meetings with Business Owners and local POCs, including requirement sessions and system demos.
Perform 1st level impact analysis for requested changes and / or defects
Support stakeholders in project selection/prioritization based on value impact, risks and strategic alignment with Grabber Technology Solutions
Partner with various business and People Solutions teams to identify and gather business requirements, design solutions, develop UAT plans, and drive testing requirements.
Document as-is and to-be processes and communicate to peers, end users as well as key stakeholders
The must haves:
Ability to build relationships with leaders stakeholders across multiple departments
Strong attention to detail with ability to provide creative solutions to challenging problems.
3-5 years experience supporting HRIS solutions (e.g. WorkDay, SuccessFactors) or IT Solutions (e.g.ServiceNow)
Strong knowledge of IT processes or HR processes and regulations across APAC
