Job requirement

Get to know the Role:

  • Develop business & user requirements, functional specifications and system design specifications for business and technical team engagement

  • Communicate & coordinate with a diverse number business units to deliver scalable solutions.

  • Perform 1st level impact analysis for requested changes and / or defects

  • Drive key meetings with Business Owners and local POCs, including requirement sessions and system demos

  • Support stakeholders in project selection/prioritisation based on value impact, risks and strategic alignment with Grabber Technology Solutions
  • Partner with various business and People Solutions teams to identify and gather business requirements, design solutions, develop UAT plans, and drive testing requirements

  • Document as-is and to-be processes and communicate to peers, end users as well as key stakeholders

The must haves:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple departments

  • Strong attention to detail with ability to provide creative solutions to challenging problems
  • 3-5 years experience supporting HRIS solutions (e.g. WorkDay)
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and regulations across APAC
