Quality of raw material:
- Track the quality of raw material at batching plant. Raise the issue in time to minimize adverse impact
- Give solution and corporate with Production to solve quality issue related to raw material to make sure final products meet requirement
- Monitor regular test result for quality control at plant
2. Quality control process and Quality of concrete product:
- Define necessary quality control process and make it’s effectiveness in real production
- Maintain mixes to adapt change of material properties if needed
- Investigate non conformed product and cooperate with other functions to correct and prevent it
3. Manage tools & specimens:
- Manage quantity and quality of concrete moulds and tools under responsibility
- Check mould and tools, correct it’s damage to make sure meet standard
- Plan for daily operation related to cube management
4. People development:
- Train related staff on technical knowledge, test method & process for special products
- Build succession plan for team and good teamwork
