Get to know our Team:
The behavioural science team works closely with product, design and business teams to uncover consumer insights and unexplained behaviours. We are the internal consultants and experts on human behaviour. We use academic literature and random controlled experimentation to explain behaviour and help teams think about nudges, using various frameworks
Get to know the Role:
Collaborate with various functions to help them understand problems from a behavioural science perspective
Evangelising the subject and upskilling other teams to take a behavioural science lens to problem solving
Undertake fundamental research using behavioural data and user research insights to help product ideation and communication
Help teams design experiments and interpret results
The day-to-day activities:
Literature review and research to create frameworks to help define customer problems/behaviour better
Data collection and analysis to prove behavioural phenomenon
Experiment design and analysis of results
Collaborate with product and business teams
Become a part of the product conceptualisation process
Evangelise and speak about the subject to all teams
Bring in the customer perspective in all meetings
Audit product and communications to explain psychological barriers in the flow for users
Use non-monetary nudges to drive behaviour change for passengers, drivers and merchants
The must haves:
Knowledge of statistics programs (SQL, R, Python)
Good grasp of behavioural science concepts
Good to have previous experience in applying behavioural science concepts in business
Good to have previous experience in data analysis and experimentation design
