We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Executive (Wellness & hotel Corporate sales) to drive business growth through corporate partnerships and contracts.
- Candidate should have experience in relevant industry and have the network and resourcefulness to identify and approach corporate partners who can potentially be converted to our client and generate sales.
- Create tailored corporate Onsen / Suana/ Wellness/ hotel room proposals to various corporate partners to promote the hotel's services for employee benefit programs, team retreats, wellness vouchers, business travels etc.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Maintain and grow existing corporate accounts through regular engagement and account management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and reservations teams to create tailored offers and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor insights.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
