You will also act as the Member of Corporate Social Responsibility in TUV SUD Vietnam office. You will support the Auditing in managing the day-to-day client enquiries to ensure coordination activities.

Your Tasks:

• Implement coordination work related to CSR audit requests properly and timely, ensure all tasks are following CSR global Process Manual and each respective scheme’s manuals
• Ensure continuation of CSR auditor qualification and upgrade of training as and when required (including subcontractors) for BSCI, WRAP, SMETA, COC…
• Proper handling and storage of Audit reports and documents collected from the factory/ clients and related documents received from CMT
• Internal and external update on weekly and monthly basic
• Handle works related to finance (invoicing, subcontract payment…) on time
• Handle admin tasks in the team
• Other works assigned by Manager
