Asst. Operation Manager - GrabLink

The day-to-day activities:

• Perform merchant on-boarding process including Know Your Business, enabling go-live set up
• Responsible for merchant account settlement and reconciliation
• Identify and resolve anomalous or inconsistency data between systems
• Work with different functions within the merchant team to develop strategies to elevate merchant engagement
• Serve as subject matter expert including merchant disputes and tracking of SLAs

Add-on activities:

• Setting delivery solutions for new vendors including API, sandbox testing, etc.
• Work together with the legal and compliance team for new market licenses application 
• Responsible for invoice processing including PR/PO for the department
• Review and optimize operation process including KPIs management reporting 

The Must-Have:

• Bachelor degree (any discipline)
• Min 3 years of experience in reconciliation, settlements, and chargeback operation
• Min 2 years of experience in the payments industry
• Knowledge of merchant or cards transaction flow is an advantage
• Aptitude and attitude to learning and resolving the issue
