Get to know the Role:
The Acquisition Associate Manager will oversee the online rider acquisition activities for 4W and 2W. S/he is expected to conceptualize and execute online programs that will enable the team to achieve first ride targets.
The successful candidate is good with funnel management, project management, online campaign conceptualization and execution as well as measuring campaign effectiveness.
The day-to-day activities:
- Create programs to funnel of riders from leads, to onboarding, to activation and first ride
- Assist the Acquisition Manager to track and monitor online team performance, monitoring targets versus actual results
- Monitor execution and effectiveness of campaigns
- Create topline and detailed reports on team performance
- Ensure that campaigns and benefits are attractive to riders
- Work with onboarding teams to ensure seamless activation for driver
- Align with front-facing teams on campaigns and promos
- Monitor budget utilization for online acquisition
- Monitor cost to acquire riders
- Assist the Acquisition Manager to define online team KPIs
- Perform mentoring and coaching for direct reports
- Manage team to ensure that everyone is aligned with the Acquisition strategy and overall company direction
The must haves:
- Minimum Diploma degree, preferably in Management or Marketing-related courses
- P&L Analysis
- Funnel Management
- Campaign Execution and Conceptualization
- Data Analysis (basic)
- Topline and Detailed Reporting
- Communications Strategy and Execution
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Stakeholder Management
- Experience in funnel management and creating, executing and measuring acquisition campaigns and providing corrective action to improve effectiveness
- At least 3 years in an organization managing resources, tasks, and workflows
- Campaign strategy development and execution
- Project and/or program management
- Team management and coaching
- Experience in working for a tech startup is a plus
- Experience in the transport sector is a plus
