1. ROLE:
To develop, establish and manage the sales strategy process, including the generation of brand/ sales strategies, channel strategies and category reviews.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, execute and conduct activities to strengthen brand image throughout BTL activities to ensure the brand image visually.
- Assist TMK Manager in creating idea, concept, for assigned projects in special occasion of the year in order to maximize brand exposure.
- Co-ordinate with brands and sales departments in organizing nationwide promotion and event.
- Support to TMK Manager in controlling A&P budget spending for assigned projects and provide the accurate budget spending report when required.
- Responsible for new channel development in order to expand brands coverage. Propose improvement for these new channels every – year.
- Manage and co-ordinate internal & external communication to ensure accomplishing the assigned works within planned schedule.
- Responsible for searching and evaluating outsourcing that is fit in budget/ requirement for specific project.
- Provide ad-hoc assistance when required
- Make monthly & quarterly report relevant to channel
