Assistant To General Director (Japanese)

- Make the report required by GD or the Parent company - Assist the task relating Operation and Admin.

- Compile and translate documents from Japanese into Vietnamese and vice versa.

- Assistant and interpreter in meetings and conferences - Participate in drafting and revising documents, contract.

- Conveying GD’s information/ request to other Departments and monitor progress/quality of implementation

- Coordinate with other Departments in the company to perform and complete the assigned work.

- Other tasks as directed by GD.

- College’s degree or higher

- N1 JLPT certificate (Must have)

- Proficient in Microsoft office, Excel and Power point skills from basic to advance

- Have good knowledge and acumen in work as well as work well under high pressure

- Have ability to respond quickly and carefully - Having worked in a Japanese company is an advantage
