Annam Gourmet recruits the vacancy Assistant to Director, working in District 2 with main duties:


  • Take telephone calls, arrange meetings and appointments for the executive chef to see other dept., visitors and suppliers
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining an efficient and systematic filing of all paperwork going through the chef's office.
  • Responsible for collecting mail and function orders and its proper distribution to the kitchen outlets, plus any changes that follows
  • To be tactful and discreet concerning staff personnel files and confidential documents
  • Assist the executive chef and the kitchen outlets in liaison with the other dept.
  • Responsible for the checking of daily attendance records, overtime work, annual leave, medical leave and submitting the record sheets to personnel dept.
  • Assist the communication between the executive chef and his kitchen staff members
  • Order and requisite all stationers used by the chef's office and the kitchen outlets
  • Maintain the chef's office in clean and proper order at all times


  • Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures
  • Ensure company policies align with and advance business objectives
  • Strategically map-out, plan, and manage projects
  • Develop improved business functionality that increases profits
  • Train staff in policies and procedures and supervise their daily work
  • Set goals for staffs and monitor their progress
  • Conduct frequent performance reviews
  • Implement improved operational measures and policies that promotes efficiency
  • Contribute to innovation of new products
  • Track and maintain budgets of operational costs
  • Coordinate purchase of raw materials and supplies
  • Monitor product inventory
  • Maintain positive client and vendor relationships
  • Develop and implement human resources practices

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Degree in College, University
  • Good English communication, speaking French is a plus
  • Proficiency in microsoft office                                           
  • Having at least 2-3 years related in secretary/ assistant/ admin for foreign company
